Track: Project Management |
ISPE CEUs: 0.6
Explore project management through group exercises and discussions. Developed in conjunction with the ISPE Project Management Community of Practice (PM COP) and leading industry insiders, this series of three sessions looks at the “best in class” thought process, tools, and methodologies used in the development of a Project Execution Plan (PEP). Attend one, two, or all three sessions.
Review real world scenarios and case studies that take you through the capital project lifecycle from conceptual design through detail design, construction, start-up, commissioning, qualification, and turnover. Each project phase explores both stand alone segments as they integrate into the greater whole.
Explore how information is pushed or pulled between phases, and how best to integrate the management of the knowledge base integral to project success.
