OPTION 1: On-line reservation. First, register on-line for the Annual Meeting. You will receive a confirmation page and e-mail with a link to make your hotel reservation. We encourage you to complete this process immediately upon confirmation of your conference registration in order to secure a reservation, since space is limited.

Note: The hotel only accepts reservations directly from ISPE Headquarters.

The discounted room rate for Annual Meeting delegates is US$195 single/double per night (US$212.55 including taxes). These rates are valid until the cut off date of 17 September or until the ISPE room block is full, whichever comes first. Check-in is after 15.00 and check-out is before 11.00. A one night deposit is required to hold your room reservation.
