Registration

Education delegates, exhibitors attending education seminars, committee members, government, university faculty, and Student Members may register on-line or by completing the registration forms and returning them to ISPE by mail or fax.

Payment Information
Registrations are only accepted with payment. Complete credit card information is required for all registrations sent by fax. American Express, VISA, or MasterCard/Eurocard accepted. Payments made by check must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Wire transfers are accepted-please contact ISPE Customer Service at customerservice@ispe.org for details. Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee.

Education Program and Spouse/Guest Cancellations
Education program and Spouse/Guest cancellations need to be made in writing. If received by 12 October 2007, a full refund minus a $100 handling fee will be issued. After that time, no refunds will be granted. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

Hotel Cancellations
Cancellations must be in writing and sent to ISPE at customerservice@ispe.org or faxed to +1-813-264-2816. Cancellations must be received 5 nights prior to arrival in order to receive your deposit back.

Substitutions
Substitutions for education delegates are accepted and may be made by contacting ISPE in writing. Nonmembers substituting for Members are required to pay the difference in all the Member fees. Substitutions for Exhibitor badges will not be accepted

Special Requirements
If you require special accommodations to fully participate, such as a wheelchair-accessible room, sign language interpreter, or have special dietary needs, please attach a written description of your needs along with your registration form. If you have questions, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@ISPE.org. Vegetarian, kosher, and gluten free options are available at some meals. Please check the special meal requirement box on the registration form.
