Gerard Guillorn
Jerry Guillorn is Senior Vice President, Life Sciences, at Skanska USA Building Inc., an international construction management firm. Guillorn heads up the company’s business development efforts with national and global clientele, concentrating on research, development, manufacturing and support facility capital projects in the life sciences marketplace. With more than 20 years experience in design and construction, his clients include Pfizer, Merck, Hoffmann-La Roche, Novartis, Schering-Plough, GlaxoSmithKline, Bristol-Myers Squibb, NIH, USDA and a number of Universities throughout the USA. As an active Member of ISPE for more than a dozen years, Guillorn has served on the New Jersey Chapter Board of Directors, including past president of the Chapter. He is also a Member of the ISPE North America Education Committee. Guillorn has been a featured speaker at industry events for Tradeline Inc., The Society of Marketing Professionals and ISPE. He is a published co-author on several articles on the design and construction of research and process facilities, and has been involved with the development of the Laboratory Baseline® Guides.
