Stephen Dinka
Stephen P. Dinka is currently Associate Director Corporate Engineering at Genentech and is based in South San Francisco, California, US. He is responsible for developing, implementing and sustaining business systems necessary to support Corporate Engineering’s (CE) journey to achieve and sustain operation excellence. He leads an OE function responsible for identifying, prioritizing and executing Lean/Six-Sigma opportunities, an ISO 15489 compliant
enterprise-wide engineering content management system for engineering records and a business services IT solutions function to support enabling CE end-to-end business processes. Dinka has been in the biopharma industry for more than 10 years and started as a manager in automation engineering. Prior to this he retired after completing 22 years as a career officer with the Army Corps of Engineers. During his service, he demonstrated his leadership through challenging global assignments specializing in tactical and strategic operations, facilities and construction management.
