Paula Mastrangelo
Paula Mastrangelo is an Associate Director in the Clinical Supply Operations department of Bristol-Myers Squibb. Since joining the company in 1988, she has held various positions within the Clinical Supply Operations organization. In her current position, Mastrangelo leads the Production Planning and Process Optimization group. Her areas of responsibility include global clinical supply production planning and driving performance and productivity initiatives focused on continuous process improvement. In her previous positions, Mastrangelo has led the global outsourcing, project management, production and labeling functions within the Global Packaging group. She served as business unit co-lead on a project that successfully launched an electronic batch record system in the packaging area. Prior to joining Bristol-Myers Squibb, Mastrangelo was employed as a pharmacist in both community and hospital settings. Paula received a B.S. in Pharmacy from Rutgers University College of Pharmacy. She has completed Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt training programs. Her professional affiliations include ISPE, IMDG and NJSHP.
