Carlos Villalobos
Carlos Villalobos is currently responsible for Project Realization World Wide, beginning with SOR and BOD, and continuing through full design, construction, IQ, OQ and support for start up, for all projects within manufacturing and research and development at Bristol-Myers Squibb. During his 29 years of experience, he has worked in operations, as a VP and GM of BMS in Barceloneta, PR (an API and Finishing plant); on central and global engineering teams at Baxter Travelol operations, Johnson & Johnson PRD&E, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Villalobos has worked on five continents and has a wealth of experience in operations, construction and technology transfer.
