Thomas Schultz

Thomas Schultz Dr. Thomas Schultz has held positions of increasing and diverse responsibilities since joining Johnson & Johnson in 1984. He established a Regulatory Sciences function within the Global CM&C Regulatory Affairs organization of the Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research and Development, L.L.C. in January 2002. Prior to joining Global CM&C Regulatory Affairs, Tom directed the activities of the US-based Pharmaceutical Sciences group for fifteen years. Dr. Schultz received his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science. He also received a Master's degree in Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance from Temple University, School of Pharmacy. Dr. Schultz has served as an Adjunct Professor in the Temple University School of Pharmacy, Department of Graduate Studies since 2003. He is a member of the ISPE Regulatory Affairs Committee and the Product Quality Lifecycle Implementation (PQLI) - Criticality Task Force Team. In addition, he served on the Product Quality Research Institute (PQRI) Specifications and Process Robustness Working Groups. Dr. Schultz is a member of the PhRMA Asia Pacific Technical Committee and serves as International CM&C Regulatory Affairs Liaison to the PhRMA Technical Leadership Committee. He has provided a number of invited lectures to health authorities within the Asia Pacific region including China, Indonesia and Malaysia. Dr. Schultz is a past Chairperson of the Philadelphia Pharmaceutical Forum and Land O' Lakes International Industrial Pharmaceutical Research Conference.
