Jeff Silverman
Jeff Silverman has more than 27 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience with a focus on operations and product development. During his 20 year career in the plasma processing business, Silverman has held significant roles in manufacturing, engineering and technology transfer. More recently, he has been involved in the development of more cutting-edge technologies, including viral vectors, cancer vaccines and both pulmonary and nanoparticle drug delivery systems. In his current role with Abraxis BioScience, he is responsible for product development, manufacturing and corporate quality for the nanoparticle product pipeline. Silverman holds a BS in biochemistry from California State University, Los Angeles and an MBA from the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University.
