Steven Kennedy
H. Steven Kennedy, PE, is currently a Vice President with Parsons responsible for the Western Region for their Life Sciences Division. In this role, he is responsible for providing leadership and strategic vision to develop relationships and build trust with key clients. He has over 25 years of program management experience on a wide variety of biopharmaceutical, industrial, process, high technology, commercial, institutional, distribution, and manufacturing projects around the world with bottom line responsibility for design and construction. Kennedy earned a BS in civil engineering at Syracuse University and has completed Boston University’s program in project management.
