Alan Minsk
Alan Minsk is a Partner and Chair of the food and drug practice team of Arnall Golden Gregory LLP. He advises pharmaceutical, medical device and food companies on all legal and regulatory matters relating to the US Food and Drug Administration, the US Department of Agriculture, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau. He counsels, speaks and writes on a wide variety of FDA-related issues, including regulatory strategy and lifecycle management, FDA enforcement, market exclusivity, FDA inspections, corporate compliance, promotion and advertising, product liability, imports and exports, and clinical trial issues. Minsk also conducts in-house training on a wide variety of FDA and fraud and abuse-related topics. He serves on the editorial boards of Pharmaceutical Formulation and Quality Product Liability: Law and Strategy and is the general counsel of the PDMA Alliance, Inc., a pharmaceutical trade organization focused on compliance with the Prescription Drug Marketing Act and sample accountability.
