Daniel Franklin
Dan Franklin is the Regional Compliance Manager of Integrated Project Services' Midwest US operations office. Current responsibilities include consulting and program execution support for capital project delivery and ASTM-E2500–compliant verification programs. Previous roles include managing the corporate commissioning and qualification processes and leading project information management programs for global capital projects at Eli Lilly and Company. Franklin has 23 years of project delivery and operations support experience. Graduated from Lewis University with a Bachelor of Science degree in aviation maintenance management, Franklin has also earned an MBA degree from National University and a number of industry certifications and licenses. Franklin serves on the ISPE North American Education Committee, the ISPE Commissioning & Qualification COP Steering Committee and on the ISPE Baseline® Guide 12 Development Task Team.
