Gary Convis, Chairman of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky and Executive Vice President of Toyota Motor Engineering and Manufacturing North America, discusses the role of management in lean manufacturing. Convis shares the elements of the Toyota Production System and its commitment to a “customer first” philosophy across all facets of manufacturing and production.

 

Uri Boneh, Director of Global Engineering, Teva Global Generic Resources, speaks on Teva’s Jerusalem oral solid dosage plant recently completed and approved by the US FDA.
