Committee Member Registration
ALL committee members planning to attend the 2012 Annual Meeting in San Francisco from 11-14 November 2012 are requested to register for committee meetings and/or education by 7 September 2012. If you are not attending your scheduled committee meeting for any reason, please email your Staff Project Manager.

- Discounted Education Registration for Committee Members
- Active committee members can register online HERE for a discounted education cost of US$950. Education registration includes:

- Committee Members Already Registered - speakers, education attendees
- Committee members who are already registered as speakers or education attendees should confirm the committee meetings they are attending HERE
- Note: Though you may have already registered as a Speaker or for another event function, you need to register separately for committee meetings if you have not already done so.
IMPORTANT - Hotel rooms will fill up fast. Please make your hotel reservation now to ensure availability. The headquarters hotel is the San Francisco Marriott Marquis. 55 Fourth Street, San Francisco, California 94103.
