Committee Member Registration
ALL committee members planning to attend the 2009 ISPE Annual Meeting are requested to register for committee meetings and/or education for the ISPE Annual Meeting 2009 by 1 September. If you are not attending your scheduled committee meeting for any reason, please email your Staff Project Manager.
Choose the committee registration appropriate to your situation:
- Committee ONLY Registration
- Committee members attending only committee meetings should register online HERE
- OR download the registration forms here and send them in by fax or mail.
- If you are not attending your committee meeting(s) please inform your Staff Project Manager
OR
- Discounted Education Registration for Committee Members
- Active committee members can register online HERE for a discounted full education cost of US$750. Full registration includes all education sessions, breakfast, breaks, lunches (Monday-Wednesday), and the Tuesday Night Party. You will also be able to register for committee meetings at this time.

- Committee Members Already Registered – speakers, education attendees
- Committee members who are already registered as speakers or education attendees should confirm the committee meetings they are attending HERE
- Note: Though you may have already registered as a Speaker or for another event function, you need to register separately for committee meetings if you have not already done so.
Hotel Reservations
IMPORTANT - Hotel rooms will fill up fast. Please make your hotel reservation now to ensure availability. The headquarters hotel is the Manchester Grand Hyatt. You will be given the option to make your reservation online after you have registered or you can fill out the reservation form and send it to us. You need to be registered in order to make a hotel reservation.
