Registration Process and Event Check-In
Delegates who have already registered will check in at the Pre Registered Check In Counter. Upon check in, you will receive your badge, lanyard and all the essential information you will need for the 2009 Annual Meeting.
Delegates who have not yet registered or need to purchase tickets separately will go to the New Registration/Purchase A La Carte Tickets counter. The staff member at the counter will register you and provide you with your badge and all the essential information you will need.
Exhibitors should proceed to the Exhibitor Check In counter to receive their badges and all other information pertaining to Exhibits at the 2009 Annual Meeting.

Wear Your Badge: Your ISPE name badge is your ticket into all of the ISPE 2009 Annual Meeting functions. You will need your badge to enter the exhibits, education sessions, lunches and evening events, so please bring it to each function you plan on attending.

Rates
ISPE has negotiated a rate of US$276.96 single/double (including taxes). The rate is good until 12 October 2009 OR until the room block is full, whichever comes first. After that, rooms will be booked on a space-available basis, subject to the prevailing room rate. All reservations must be made through ISPE.
Airport Information
From San Diego International Airport (SAN) (7 minutes, 3 miles/4.83 kilometers):
- When exiting the terminals, follow the signs to Downtown San Diego and Interstate 5
- Stay in the right lane and this will deposit you onto North Harbor Drive
- Continue south on North Harbor
- Drive approximately 3 miles along the waterfront
- Go one block past the Seaport Village entrance (Kettner Boulevard)
- Turn right at Market Place into the Hotel's main entrance
Parking/Shuttle Bus/Taxi
Parking - Self parking is available for US$22 overnight and includes unlimited in/out access. Valet parking is available for US $32 overnight and includes unlimited in/out access.

San Diego Trolley
Simply cross the street to catch the trolley. It provides access to Fashion Valley, Mission Valley shopping centers, Old Town, Qualcom Stadium, throughout downtown San Diego and into East County.
Horse and Carriage
